Built and evolved the 32-module backend behind HydraEMR, HydraCustomer, and HydraConsult, spanning multi-tenant identity and permissions, scheduling, payments, inventory, documents, reporting, notifications, and operational workflows.
Built the clinic workflow end to end: staff shifts, appointment types, conflict-free booking, client records, and live consultations with AI skin-scan data beside the call, recordings, and AI-generated summaries.
Built an embedded skincare assistant with streamed, RAG-grounded conversations and function calling that could guide a client into appointment booking or launch a standalone AI face-skin scan directly from the widget.
An event and ceremony budget tracker growing into a focused multi-tenant SaaS for hosts, families, and planning teams.

My best work sits where domain complexity meets real user needs. I care about clear boundaries, reliable data, calm interfaces, and systems the next engineer can understand.
I've worked across clinical workflows, payments, provider integrations, AI product features, and real-time sessions. Today, I'm deepening that practice through a healthcare LangGraph triage project with explicit safety boundaries, evaluation, and human escalation.
